How we size
We aim for true-to-standard UK/US sizing from XS through 2XL where the style offers that range. Each lingerie product page should carry the measurement or size notes available for that item.
Between sizes? Size up for comfort, especially with stretch lace, bodysuits and underwired pieces.
What to measure
Use a soft tape against bare skin. Note bust at the fullest point, underbust, waist at the narrowest point, and hips at the fullest point. Compare those numbers to the chart on the product page when present.
Returns and hygiene
Unopened, unused lingerie can be returned within 30 days. Opened or worn lingerie cannot be resold for hygiene reasons and is final sale. When in doubt, check sizing carefully before opening the pack.
